Here is an update of my life and ministry

My wife, Connie, and I are now grandparents to 6 grandchildren and all 4 of our children are happily married. They all live close-by, so we are happy to be able to see them often.

The last 7 years of my life have been a new chapter for sure.

Word of Life has increased evangelism & missions and I now oversee 45 international Word of Life campuses: 18 locations in Rwanda, 18 in Congo, 5 in Kenya, 1 in Uganda, and 3 in India. Plus, we are preparing to start another 50 campuses in the next 12 months!
As some of you know, I am the Director and Founder of Home of Hope, which is a project of Word of Life. This ministry has been helping desperate children over the last 7 years and is now helping over 7500 children regularly! The goal is to help 10,000 children – which we are praying that this will happen THIS YEAR.

I have never taken a salary from Home of Hope donations and I am so thankful for people who believe in me and support the ministry.

  • In August, I am going to Turkey and Kyrgyzstan.
  • At the end of November, I will be leading my 20th team to Africa.
  • In February, I will take my yearly trip to India & Nepal.

An Albertan church partnered with a church in Kenya and saw their own attendance in Canada double!
